Who we are

We're about community, and we believe that individuals alone rarely succeeds. Our community is both accountability, friendship, and that extra push when you think you can't do any more.

Our current schedule

We have classes on MON WED FRI.

Standard Group class - 5:45 AM and 6:00 PM

Womens Only class - 7:00 PM

Community WOD - 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.

Group Classes

Our group classes are are high intensity, full-body workouts that combine elements of cardio, weight lifting, and core training. These are varied workouts that train the body for the unexpected while physically increasing your ability to do more.

Some of the work you'll do in our classes include:

Concept 2 Rowing
Medicine Balls
Olympic Lifting
Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, & Various Body Weight Training
Short Runs, Sprints or Power Walking
Jump Ropes and Box Jumps

Womens Only Classes

Same setup as our group class, but for women only.

$80 / month - Standard Rate

We have one standard rate that keeps everything simple.

$20 / month discount

Offered to Military, Police, Fireman, Teachers, Student, Christ Community Church member

$15 / single class

If you'd rather pay per class.


Our evening classes have childcare available:

$30 / month for up to two kids.

$40 / month for more than two kids.
